Professions in WoW are an important part of your character. Making money with professions is one great thing about professions. That's not the only good thing about them though. You should probably choose a profession that goes with your character. So if your a warrior blacksmithing would be great, because you can create yourself armor and weapons. So, think about what goes with your class when you choose your profession. Aside from making yourself gear, you can make friends gear. Some things you want made, that you cant make, can easily be obtained. Buy or farm the materials for that item and trade them to a person who can create that item.
